Bianco ~ Vietri®’s
Italian ‛white’ is so fresh it makes other colors and patterns
come alive! The charming soft shapes, originally
hand-formed by Tuscan peasants in the 1300s, have both a
one-of-a-kind old world character and a sophisticated
simplicity. |
New!
Carmela ~ Winding green vines, a single sparrow and the
occasional blooming flower upon a cream background create this
divine collection. There are also six solid-colored pieces
in sage and cream upon which the bird perches, giving you the
ability to mix pattern with solid hues to meet your individual
decorating style. Inspired by nature, elegantly bringing
the outdoors in! |

|
Crema ~ Inspired by original peasant pottery from
the 1300s, Crema echoes its Italian history and design with a
lovely deckled, glazed terra cotta rim providing textural
contrast to the cream-on-cream surfaces. Exquisite alone as a
statement of quiet elegance, but also mixes well with other
Vietri dinnerware lines. |
Cucina Fresca ~ Meaning ‛fresh kitchen,’
where the charming shapes of this dinnerware offer simple
sophistication in muted cream, saffron, and sage. One of
Vietri’s most popular patterns, this versatile look appeals to
both the traditional and contemporary consumer. Italian peasant
dishes from the 1300s inspired the design of this unique
hand-crafted dinnerware. |
Fiori di Bosco ~ ‛Flowers of the
woods’ are suggested by simple brush strokes in rust and green
upon softly-shaped cream surfaces. A flower seems to have
fallen upon the center of each piece while a double vine of
green and rust encircles the rim. This refined floral pattern
mixes beautifully with Vietri®’s Cucina Fresca and Crema
dinnerware lines we carry. |

Pallini ~ Dress your table with ‛dots!’ Pallini
means dots, one of the hottest fashion trends now spottingly
perfect for creating a fresh colorful table or to update your
Crema and Cucina Fresca dinnerware with fun style. The
darker saffron, green orange, and purple dots are hand-painted
by Italian artists with a special glaze that has an iridescent,
artsy quality. Pallini’s simple shapes come alive with
dots! |
Pesce Bianco ~ Delightful fish
shapes featured in a white glaze hand-painted
upon high-fired terra cotta. Rustic waxed edges add character
to the simple white surfaces. Create a fresh sea table and mix
with a wide variety of Vietri®’s dinnerware and accessory lines. |

Vietri®
dinnerware and serving accessories are handmade and
hand-painted. Vietri®’s
casseroles and baking dishes can be used in most conventional
ovens and dishwashers. They are hand made of very dense clay and
fired at extremely high temperatures, making them heat resistant
to 400°. Some Vietri®
baking accessories can also be used in the microwave oven.
To ensure years of enjoyment, please treat Vietri®
products with the following recommended care.
Before
Use:
It is
important to ‛cure’ baking pieces before use. Fully
submerge and soak in water for 12 hours prior
to first use. Each time you use the dish, soak it for a few
minutes; this prepares the dish, reduces cooking time,
and prevents food from sticking. |
Care
& Use:
Always
place the dish in a room temperature oven allowing it to heat
slowly. Do not preheat the oven. Hot casseroles and baking
dishes should never be placed on cool, damp, or unprotected
surfaces.
Vietri®
baking dishes should never be taken directly from the
refrigerator to the oven and they should never be placed in the
freezer.
The
handles of these pieces are decorative and should not be used
for support. Please remove the baking dishes from the oven by
holding the body of the dish, supporting the base.
Do not
use casserole lids in the oven. |
