Ione has been
working with art for over 70 years. During the last 36 years, she
has specialized in ceramic and porcelain. Ione’s natural gift for
inspirational beauty also takes form in her stunning watercolor
paintings. She has taught in Brazil, Australia, New York, and
throughout the United States. She has been highlighted in
International Porcelain Art Teachers Arts Magazine.
Ria has
walked with her mother every step of the way, watching, learning,
and discovering her own inspiring style of creativity and art.
She has taught at schools and galleries throughout the Twin Cities.
Ria’s flower arrangements have been showcased at beauty pageants and
as treasured wedding keepsakes. From her enchanted RiCreations
of nature, to fascinating murals, Ria has expanded her talent to
hard-carved tile art.
Ria and Ione
not only create art to adorn a room, they design touching creations
to be handed down from generation to generation, that only a mother
and daughter can.
