In 1951, in a small foundry nestled in the heart of the Sangre dè Cristo mountains in northern New Mexico, in the historic city of Santa Fé, is the home of Nambé, where the first timeless pieces began taking shape.  Design excellence is one part of the Nambé story.  The craft, how Nambé is made, is another.  Exceptional craftsmanship guides the creations of all of their products from handcrafted metal to fine European crystal, and porcelain.  While scientists credit the 7,000+ foot altitude of their foundries in Santa Fé, Nambé salutes the skills and experience of their people – as do we.

Nambé offers affordable luxury, timeless design, and everyday functionality. Dress it up or down, depending on your mood or the setting. Nambé designs are inspired by nature and create an elegant atmosphere all the while being easy to care for again and again. Their metals won’t tarnish so you can continue to present that same original luster every time; their porcelain is hand-finished, and their crystal is robust, yet elegant.

Below is a sampling of the Nambé designs we carry at this time.  Please call or email us for items we currently have in stock.   All items are available through our special order program.

With the discovery of a proprietary metal alloy in 1951,Nambé’s passion began and over the years has become a philosophy.  To create their serving pieces, the Nambé metal is heated to over 1300° and then carefully ladled into a handmade sand mold, where it’s cast as one solid piece.  Each piece is then shaped, polished, and buffed, passing through the hands of 15 craftsman. Nambé’s unique alloy will not crack, chip, tarnish or peel, and retains heat and cold.  It has the luster of silver and the durability of iron, but contains neither, nor any lead or pewter. Their serving pieces are FDA-approved and safe for use with food and can be used on stovetops and in ovens
