They travel
the world looking for the best of the best…their Egyptian cotton is
the best grade, spun in Switzerland and woven in Italy in old, slow
looms that give you incomparable quality…their pima cottons are the
finest available and in the case of their knits, they make the
fabric themselves...their buttons for the most part are Japanese
mother of pearl, the best there is…and their needlework is
extraordinary.

It
is 1999. There is a wedding reception. There are place cards. There
are guests...stealing each other’s

cards...these are erasable ceramic place cards and the guests loved
them!Ask Oprah! She
told her O-Magazine
readers that PlaceTiles Designs are charming and great!
Placetile Designs is equally honored to have been chosen as one of

After freezing for years in regular stockings and leggings, and tired of uncomfortable, itchy wool tights, designer Jennifer Kim realized women needed a fresh approach to Staying Warm AND Stylish in the cold. Living in NYC, Jennifer was no stranger to harsh winters in which Staying Warm AND Stylish was not always an option. Wearing a skirt to work was out of the question and denim jeans did not hold any warmth. Jennifer created Plush, a line offering an array of fleece-lined items from hats and accessories to sublimely soft tights and leggings. |

A napkin is a ‛little tablecloth’ [from the old French
word ‛nape’ and ‛kin’, meaning little]. Before forks were
invented and used in 15th Century Italy, gentlemen and
ladies ate with their fingers and frequently had to wipe them...they
could not, with dignity, lick them, as did the common folk.
Thus, the napkin was invented. We feature Print Appeal’s
signature gold initial-cap napkins in beverage and luncheon sizes.
Also available in silver. |
