Since 1796, this rich tradition has been kept alive
by the family of Wilhelm Schweizer. Each piece is truly a handmade
item, as every one is cast individually from molds carefully
engraved in slabs of slate. The accuracy and intricacy of the
finished pieces are testimony of the pewter caster’s art and skill.
Selection ranges from Christmas ornaments to Easter decorations,
from standing Folklore, Santa, and Angel Figures to pictures for
walls and windows, all designed with the same loving care and
respect for heritage and tradition. This exclusive pewter
collection is increased annually with carefully selected additional
pieces. All pieces are offered painted and unpainted. Please

The roots of the BEATRIZ
BALL Collection began in 1991, when Beatriz began working
hand-in-hand with skillful metal-ware artisans and designers in
the outskirts of Mexico City, jointly creating updated,
innovative designs in a special lustrous alloy of many metals.
Each piece made
entirely by hand, one at a time, using the ancient art of sand
casting.
Each piece reflects the shine of silver,
but requires no polishing, goes from refrigerator, to oven, to
table, and is perfectly suited for today’s casual lifestyles. |

Home of the world’s largest selection of
hand-painted leather doorknob bells
directly from the very folks who make them. Along with a wide
variety of decorative and functional
sleigh
bells, they make
outdoor
bells,
cow bells,
tea bells
and more. Belsnickel means ‛trickster in furs,’ which
once started out to be a practical joke, resulted in the founding of
this family business. |

The inspiration for Christina’s
designs comes to her from many sources: her extensive travels
in Europe, Russia, and the Orient; her studies in Italian, French
and Psychology; and her former lives as a Ballet dancer and dance
therapist. Christina’s
specialty, is elegant and oversized flower designs on glass.
Christina’s
wish is that ornaments should remind us of our most highly cherished
values, beauty, family, faith, and tradition. The values that
take nurturing to flourish, not just at the holidays, but all year
long. If her ornaments give joy and add a sense of poetry to your
life she will consider her work a success. |

still embraces her philosophy of caring and nurturing. DITZ

Two
of the most evocative themes of Christmas are children and snow.
And, since you can never have too much of a good thing during the
holiday season, the combination of these two images is simply
irresistible.
Elaine Roesle started her career in 1972 creating antique porcelain
doll reproductions. Her Snow Children came to life in 1990, from
which evolved charming limited edition figurines. Each
piece is designed and created by hand, one piece at a time, by
Elaine and her daughter at her in-home studio in Clayton, Ohio.
Each treasure is cast in
earthenware, fired, hand-painted, and then dressed and adorned with the finest sparkles to looking
like freshly fallen snow. Authenticity of Elaine’s
signature appears on these collectible pieces. Elaine Roesle’s
Snow Children are just what Santa might conjure up in his North Pole
workshop! |
